Rebirth does not return any sneakers in accordance with the general terms and conditions. Under certain conditions, sneakers offered by Rebirth in its webshop can still be taken back.
RETURN POLICY CUSTOM SNEAKERS

The sneakers are included in the webshop.

For you, fully customized sneakers and customized sneakers supplied by you are customized.

The sneakers are in original condition and absolutely not worn and/or used in any other way , Rebirth can not be held responsible for the orignal sneaker or product that is not made by us(The base of the product).

The return request will be reported to rebirthsneaker@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt by means of the withdrawal form.

Rebirth determines in consultation with the customer whether the sneakers are taken back. After approval by Rebirth, the sneakers must be returned in the original packaging with overdubbing to our office in Amsterdam.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipment must be insured. Rebirth charges a € 12.50 administration fee for a return.

Rebirth is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during return shipping.

The order can be returned if the products are in original condition, unopened and unused.

The order can be returned up to 14 days after receipt, also approved by Rebirth

After approval by Rebirth, the order must be returned in the original packaging to office in Amsterdam The Netherlands
