If products can not be delivered immediately, we aim to have contacted you within 48 hours after shipment. If this is not feasible, the orderer will be informed. If we make sneakers to your design, then the sending date will be determined in consultation.

Shipping is for the risk of the customer. We, therefore, advise you to use a registered mail. For larger deliveries, Rebirth makes an appointment with you. Your package will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you.
